Angered by the events, Masaya secretly eavesdrops on Manaka and Aoi's conversation with their widowed mother Yuuko as they help her find her wallet while talking about the events that transpired. He is released by his father due to the latter's status and placed under his custody. Kimura is apprehended by the authorities after he was caught by Aoi Kiryuu groping a young woman on the subway train. In addition, he also has a history of previous arrests due to recidivism (repeat offender). Not much is known about Kimura's early life but he is identified as the son of an influential politician.
